乡村振兴背景下云南边疆民族地区社会治理现代化探析

摘要
党的二十大在社会治理方面提出,要加快推进市域社会治理现代化,提高市域社会治理能力,提升治理效能.社会治理现代化符合乡村振兴总体要求中治理有效的发展需求,成为乡村振兴的必然逻辑与现实选择.该文基于乡村振兴背景,总结怒江推进社会治理现代化多元共治工作实践及成效;归纳怒江社会治理现代化的现实困境;探讨进一步推动云南边疆民族地区社会治理现代化建设,以期助力乡村振兴绿色可持续发展.
Abstract
The 20th CPC National Congress proposed in terms of social governance to accelerate the modernization of social governance,improve social governance capabilities,and improve governance efficiency.The modernization of social governance meets the development needs of effective governance among the overall requirements for rural revitalization,and has become an inevitable logical and realistic choice for rural revitalization.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper summarizes the practice and effectiveness of Nujiang River's efforts to promote the modernization of social governance and diversified co-governance;summarizes the practical difficulties of Nujiang's social governance modernization;explores further promoting the modernization of social governance in Yunnan border ethnic areas,for the purpose of helping rural revitalization develop green and sustainable.
