In recent years,with the continuous development of China's social economy and the modernization of national governance capacity,the project system has played an important role in promoting the development and improvement of China's socialist system.The project system not only realizes the people-centered value pursuit of the Communist Party of China,but also provides an effective modern tool for rural governance.Strengthening the internal logic of rural governance in the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the logical tension of the project system will help to form a joint force in the development of rural governance and promote the effective implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,which not only meets the requirements of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,but also is an important way to realize the modernization of rural governance capacity.
