"绿美广东"战略下绿色低碳乡村建设的创新路径研究

摘要
在"绿美广东"战略背景下,绿色低碳建设已成为乡村发展的迫切需求,同时也是实现乡村高质量发展的重要途径之一.我国乡村地区作为国家经济社会发展重要组成部分,更要加强绿色低碳建设.然而,当下绿色低碳乡村建设中存在规划无序、效益失衡、推广困难和人才流失等问题,需要通过顶层设计、绿色低碳、普及推广和人才培养等路径,开展绿色低碳乡村新范式的生动实践,以期为其他乡村的绿色可持续发展提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the"Green and Beautiful Guangdong"strategy,green low-carbon construction has become an urgent need for rural development and is also one of the important ways to achieve high-quality rural development.Rural areas in China,as an important part of the national economic and social development,need to strengthen green low-carbon construction.However,there are problems such as disorderly planning,unbalanced benefits,difficulty in promotion,and brain drain in the current construction of green and low-carbon villages.It is necessary to carry out a new paradigm of green and low-carbon villages through top-level design,green and low-carbon,popularization and promotion,and talent training.Vivid practice in order to provide useful reference for the green and sustainable development of other villages.
