The object of common prosperity is all people,not the prosperity of a few people,nor the prosperity of a few areas.To promote common prosperity,the most arduous and arduous task lies in rural areas.To comprehensively build a modern socialist country,the most arduous and arduous tasks still lie in rural areas.Grassroots Party organizations are at the core of leadership in rural social governance and play a role in uniting people's hearts,mobilizing the masses,and leading development.The author uses H Village as a model.H Village has always adhered to the guidance of Party building,carried out a lot of practice on rural governance,and achieved certain results.Research found that Village H currently has problems such as weak grassroots foundation and weak exemplary and leading role of Party members in the process of Party building leading rural governance.To this end,a series of optimization measures are proposed in response to the problems that have arisen during the exploration process of Village H,hoping to provide ideas for rural governance issues in other places,improving the level and capabilities of rural governance in various places,and innovating rural governance work methods.
