摘要
在乡村振兴的浪潮中,土地作为农民生活与发展的基石,面临着新的挑战.随着农民外出务工增多,农村土地弃耕抛荒问题凸显.土地流转作为应对策略,通过合理调配土地使用权,让土地资源得到更高效利用.该文聚焦农村土地经营权流转模式,深入分析乡村振兴战略下农民在土地流转过程中可能面临的权益问题,并提出保障策略,为我国农业现代化提供支持,确保农民在土地流转中受益,进一步发挥土地在乡村振兴中的关键作用.
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,land,as the cornerstone of farmers'life and development,is facing new challenges.As farmers go out to work more and more,the problem of abandonment of farming and abandonment of rural land has become prominent.As a response strategy,land transfer allows land resources to be used more efficiently through reasonable allocation of land use rights.This paper focuses on the transfer model of rural land management rights,deeply analyzes the rights and interests issues that farmers may face during the transfer process under the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and proposes guarantee strategies to provide support for China's agricultural modernization,ensure that farmers benefit from land transfer,and further utilize land.The key role in rural revitalization.
