涉农综合性大学本科人才培养质量提升机制研究——基于产学研合作的视角

摘要
培养高素质的农业人才是实现农业现代化目标的关键,而产学研合作模式通过整合高校、科研机构和农业企业的资源,对培养适应农业现代化发展需要的创新型、实践型、复合型人才尤为重要.该文在探究产学研合作提高涉农综合性大学本科人才培养质量机制的基础上,深入剖析产学研合作提高涉农综合性大学本科人才培养质量中存在的问题,进而从修订本科人才培养方案、打造多学科交叉专业集群、加强平台建设等方面提出优化策略,以培养出适应农业现代化发展的高素质人才.
Abstract
Cultivating high-quality agricultural talents is the key to achieving the goal of agricultural modernization.By integrating the resources of universities,scientific research institutions and agricultural enterprises,the industry-university-research cooperation model is particularly important for cultivating innovative,practical and compound talents who meet the needs of agricultural modernization development.Based on exploring the mechanism for industry-university-research cooperation to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training in agriculture-related comprehensive universities,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in industry-university-research cooperation to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training in agriculture-related comprehensive universities,and then puts forward optimization strategies from aspects such as revising the undergraduate talent training plan,building multidisciplinary cross-professional clusters and strengthening platform construction to cultivate high-quality talents who adapt to the development of agricultural modernization.
