农业专业学位硕士培养模式探析

摘要
随着时代的发展和科技的进步,农业现代化的推进和乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农业专业学位研究生作为农业科技创新的主力军,其培养越来越受到社会的关注.如何构建合理的农业专业硕士人才培养模式,提升研究生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质,已成为农业硕士人才培养领域亟须解决的重要问题.该文系统分析农业硕士人才培养中存在的主要问题,对产教融合背景下农业硕士专业学位研究生人才培养模式进行分析,以期为我国农业硕士专业人才培养提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,the advancement of agricultural modernization and the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategies,agricultural graduate students,as the main force in agricultural science and technology innovation,have attracted more and more attention from society.How to build a reasonable training model for master's degree talents in agriculture and improve the innovative ability,practical ability and comprehensive quality of graduate students has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in the field of master's degree talents training.This paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the training of agricultural master's degree talents,and analyzes the training model of graduate students with agricultural master's degree in the context of integration of industry and education,in order to provide reference for the training of agricultural master's degree talents in China.
