Medicinal botany is a science closely related to the application of plant resources.The optimization and upgrading of the training of medicinal botany talents is of great significance to large agricultural provinces rich in plant resources.Based on years of teaching experience and practice,we will constantly update,summarize and explore methods to improve the teaching effect of medicinal plants in the new era.Through multi-dimensional teaching reform attempts,including deepening practical teaching,integrating innovative ideological and political elements,drawing on advanced concepts of foreign courses,and focusing on the attraction of scientific research on educational innovation,the aim is to improve the effectiveness of medicinal botany course teaching and increase the potential of medicinal botany to serve the local economy,so as to improve students'ability to apply medicinal botany knowledge to practice,and reserve talents for the development and utilization of medicinal plant resources in large agricultural provinces.
