推进共同富裕背景下实现乡村振兴的实践路径探析

摘要
乡村振兴战略是党和国家的重要决策和战略部署,实施乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的必要条件.深刻把握乡村振兴与共同富裕的逻辑关系,把握乡村振兴与实现共同富裕的重要意义,逐步解决乡村振兴面临的几个主要困境,城乡发展差距依然存在,乡村产业转型困难,人才流失严重,乡村治理与管理体制不完善.这就要求促进城乡要素流动,深化乡村产业融合发展,加强人才培育,完善乡村治理体系.以乡村振兴为着力点,坚定不移推进农业现代化发展,拓宽农民增加收入渠道,多措并举为新时代共同富裕目标的实现及乡村发展问题提供方案与智慧,促使农村地区发展跟上时代步伐,走向人民共同富裕.
Abstract
The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important decision and strategic deployment of the Party and the country.Implementing rural revitalization is a necessary condition for achieving common prosperity.Deeply grasp the logical relationship between rural revitalization and common prosperity,grasp the importance of rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity,and gradually solve several major dilemmas faced by rural revitalization:the urban-rural development gap still exists;rural industrial transformation is difficult;brain drain is serious;rural governance and management systems are imperfect.This requires promoting the flow of urban and rural factors,deepening the integrated development of rural industries,strengthening talent cultivation,and improving the rural governance system.Focusing on rural revitalization,we will unswervingly promote the development of agricultural modernization,broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income,take multiple measures to provide solutions and wisdom for the realization of the goal of common prosperity in the new era and rural development issues,and promote the development of rural areas to keep pace with the times and seek common prosperity for the people.
