人才是全面推进乡村振兴的关键变量和最大增量.近年来安徽加快推进乡村人才振兴,新型职业农民培育成效显著,农村农业科技人才实力增强,返乡创业就业人才规模扩张,乡村人才振兴生态日益优化,但也存在着农村人口综合素质普遍偏低、乡村公共服务人才缺口较大、乡村治理人才队伍仍需加强及乡村人才留用机制有待健全等现实困境.要从优化乡村人才振兴政策支持体系、推进乡村人才服务信息平台建设、引导各类人才参与乡村公共服务、加快引进培育乡村治理人才队伍等方面入手,切实为安徽乡村振兴提供坚实的人才支撑.
Talent is the key variable and the largest increment in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.In recent years,Anhui Province has accelerated the revitalization of rural talents.The cultivation of new professional farmers has achieved remarkable results.The strength of rural agricultural science and technology talents has increased,the scale of talents returning to their hometowns to start businesses has expanded,and the rural talent revitalization ecology has been increasingly optimized.However,there are also practical dilemmas such as a large gap in rural public service talents,a need to strengthen the rural governance talent team,and a need to improve the rural talent retention mechanism.It is necessary to start from the aspects of optimizing the policy support system for rural talent revitalization,promoting the construction of rural talent service information platforms,guiding all types of talents to participate in rural public services,and accelerating the introduction and cultivation of rural governance talent teams,so as to effectively provide solid talent support for Anhui's rural revitalization.
