智慧农业数字化人才培养探索与实践

随着农业的不断发展,智慧农业行业人才紧缺问题严峻,技术性人才寥寥无几,导致推广举步维艰、发展遭遇瓶颈.该文利用虚拟仿真的形式,模拟智慧农业在实际中的运作方式,并且结合智慧农业实际套件的运用,对学生进行技术方面的培养,利用生活中具体案例,加强学生对具体农业传感器的运用,以及对数据的收集、分析与决策方面的操作技能,打破人才紧缺壁垒.通过对该课程的学习,学生在农业传感器运用与数据分析方面有很大提高.
With the continuous development of agriculture,the shortage of talents in the smart agriculture industry is severe,and there are few technical talents,which makes it difficult to promote and encounter bottlenecks in development. This paper uses the form of virtual simulation to simulate the operation of smart agriculture in practice,and combines the application of smart agri-culture practical kit to train students in technology,use specific cases in life,strengthen students' use of specific agricultural sen-sors,as well as data collection,analysis and decision-making skills,and break the barriers of talent shortage. Through the study of this course,students have greatly improved in the application of agricultural sensors and data analysis.
