This paper analyzes the connotation of rural governance modernization and the shortcomings it faces,expounds the core advantages of digital intelligence technology and its specific application in rural governance,and then proposes five major mechanisms for digital intelligence empowerment:"Subject empowerment" enhances governance's subject ability,"dual network sup-port" optimizes governance structure and network,"dual line mobilization" enhances governance relationships and participation,"smart support" achieves refined governance,and "intensive comprehensive management" integrates governance resources and pro-cesses. In terms of path selection,this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening political guid-ance,strengthening intellectual governance support,improving co-governance cooperation,and improving legal protection. It aims to build a modernization of rural governance that is in line with the national strategic orientation and close to reality. Digital and in-telligent development path.
