As a new model for productivity development,the new-quality productive force is the core driving force for promot-ing the high-quality development of rural e-commerce by introducing new technologies and creating new models,with innovation as the core. At this stage,new-quality productive forces empower the development of rural e-commerce and faces practical challenges. It is necessary to build new quality production talents for rural e-commerce,build new quality production facilities for rural e-com-merce,construct new quality production power for rural e-commerce,and create new quality production models for rural e-com-merce. Start construction in four aspects,including production models,to promote the high-quality development of rural e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural e-commerce development,analyzes the problems existing in the high-quality de-velopment of rural e-commerce,and proposes the implementation path for the high-quality development of rural e-commerce in the perspective of new-quality productive forces.
