Building a"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"work team that understands agriculture,loves rural areas,and loves farmers. Agricultural technology extension talents are an indispensable part of agricultural development and an important force in realizing rural revi-talization. Therefore,facing the demand for agricultural technology extension talents for the development of new quality productive forces,this paper takes Pengyang County,Guyuan City,Ningxia as an example to conduct an in-depth exploration of the problems existing in the training process of agricultural technology extension talents in the context of rural revitalization. Based on this,we further explore how to cultivate high-quality agricultural technology extension talents in the era of technology holding,with a view to opening up a new track for the cultivation of agricultural technology extension talents in Ningxia,creating new advantages,and realizing the development goal of using talents to lead to new quality productive forces.
