Agricultural and rural modernization is the foundation of national modernization and the "ballast stone" for stabilizing the overall situation,adapting to situations,and opening up new situations. Agriculture is the country's basic industry,and the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a fundamental issue throughout the process of China's modernization drive and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. "New-quality productive forces" will bring surging momentum to building a strong agricultural country and play an important guiding and strategic role in promoting China's agricultural and rural modernization. Under the innovation of the three elements of new-quality productive forces:workers,labor objects,and labor materi-als,and under the guidance of new-quality productive forces,this paper will solve the problems of traditional agriculture in terms of agricultural workers' digital intelligence skills,agricultural science and technology equipment,and rural infrastructure. Based on this,we must integrate and cultivate resources to improve farmers' digital and intelligence skills;break through cutting-edge agricultural technologies to improve the level of agricultural productivity;improve infrastructure construction to empower the development of cul-tural industries.
