In the context of the new era,comprehensive land improvement in the entire region is an important starting point for optimizing the spatial pattern of the land and promoting comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. It is a key link in promoting the construction of ecological civilization and achieving high-quality development. This paper takes the comprehensive land improvement of town-level small cities as an example,analyzes the current status quo and existing problems,puts forward renovation ideas,planning guidance,and improves the "production,living and ecological" space. Finally,based on the causes of the problems,explores the path of comprehensive land improvement in the context of town-level small cities,adhere to pilot projects,and broaden the demonstration road,in order to provide reference for the construction and implementation of comprehensive land improvement in the whole region.
