High-quality development in rural areas requires innovating traditional industrial models and achieving fundamental changes in agricultural production methods. With its digital and intelligent characteristics,new-quality productive forces has added new vitality to industrial development in rural areas,and is the top priority in promoting industrial upgrading in rural areas and ac-celerating rural revitalization. This paper focuses on the internal logic between new-quality productive forces and rural revitalization,and proposes a development path for practical problems that arise in the process of new-quality productive forces empowering rural revitalization:Based on four "new" dimensions,we are supposed to use new workers to improve the labor structure in rural areas;to expand new elements of agricultural development with new labor objects;to improve the level of agricultural science and technology with new labor tools;and to enhance the construction of digital infrastructure in rural areas with new infrastructure,thereby continu-ously improving the integration of new productive forces in rural areas and opening up new areas for rural industrial development.
