Based on the background of China's new era,based on the research and practice of rural revitalization at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively summarizes the main aspects of rural revitalization such as the leading advantages,leading industries,production organization,product sales,and asset portfolio. Combined with China's special national conditions such as the land system and the goal of common prosperity,a set of rural revitalization models with distinctive Chinese characteristics has been summarized,in order to provide reference and guidance for China to achieve rural revitalization faster and better. Among them,the mixed equity model with land equity as the core is a development model that conforms to the market system and has strong adaptability.
