Leading rural revitalization with rural primary-levelParty building is conducive to building ideological consensus and building solid political guarantees;giving full play to organizational advantages to improve governance efficiency;promoting economic development and ensuring and improving peo-ple's livelihood. However,there are still certain problems in the team of Party members and cadres,human resources,working mechanisms and organizational strength.
