Simultaneous determination of nine constituents in Xinnaokang Capsules by QAMS
AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination of sodium danshensu,salvianolic acid B,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,hydroxysafflor yellow A,2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-Ο-β-D-glucoside,spinosin,liquiritin and puerarin in Xinnaokang Capsules.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic SVEA C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid flowing at 0.5 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 280,403 nm.Puerarin was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other eight constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 4),whose average recoveries were 99.83%-101.18%with the RSDs of 1.04%-1.91%.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Xinnaokang Capsules.
