摘要
目的 考察益肾理血泄浊汤对慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨紊乱患者的临床疗效.方法 116 例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 58 例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾理血泄浊汤,疗程 3 个月.检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、肾功能指标(eGFR、BUN、Scr)、钙磷代谢指标(Ca、P、iPTH)、骨代谢指标(FGF23、TRACP、β-CTX)、安全性指标变化.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,2 组中医证候评分、BUN、Scr、P、iPTH、骨代谢指标降低(P<0.05),eGFR、Ca升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05).2 组未发现明显不良反应.结论 益肾理血泄浊汤可安全有效地改善慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨紊乱患者临床症状和肾功能,调节钙磷代谢和骨代谢.
Abstract
AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction on patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder.METHODS One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned into control group(58 cases)for 3-month intervention of conventional treatment,and observation group(58 cases)for 3-month intervention of both Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,renal function indices(eGFR,BUN,Scr),calcium-phosphorus metabolism indices(Ca,P,iPTH),bone metabolism indices(FGF23,TRACP,β-CTX)and safety indices were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,BUN,Scr,P,iPTH,bone metabolism indices(P<0.05),and increased eGFR,Ca(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observable in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder,Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction can safely and effectively improve clinical symptoms,renal functions,and regulate calcium-phosphorus metabolism,bone metabolism.
