Chemical constituents from the secondary metabolites of Trichoderma hamatum in rhizosphere soil of Aconitum carmichaelii
AIM To study the chemical constituents from secondary metabolites of Trichoderma hamatum in rhizosphere soil of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.METHODS Based on the strategy of chemical epigenetic modification, the secondary metabolites of T.hamatum were obtained by culturing in fungus No.2 medium.Compounds were separated and purified from T.hamatum ethyl acetate extract by reversed-phase column chromatography, dynamic axial compression chromatography,C18 column chromatography,semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as 4-acetyl-3-hydroxy-6-methy-pyran-2-one(1),3-methyl-4-phenyl-2(5H)-furanone(2),6-pentyl-α-pyrone(3),volemolide(4),lignoren(5),enniatin A1(6),wickerols A(7),demethylincisterol A3(8),(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol(9),daidzein(10),cyclo(L)-Pro-(L)-Phe(11),Cyclo(D)-Pro-(D)-Ile(12).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-12 are obtained from T.hamatum for the first time, and compound 1 is found from Trichoderma genus for the first time.
