Identification of chemical constituents in Sanhua Decoction
AIM To identify the chemical constituents in Sanhua Decoction by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters CORTECS T3 column(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.6 μm),with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid flowing at 0.2 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.The heated electrospray ionization source(HESI)was adopted in positive and negative ion monitoring mode,and the mass scan range was m/z 100-1 200.The chemical constituents were qualitatively identified by Xcalibur2.1 software combined with literature reports and mass spectrometry data.RESULTS A total of 166 compounds were identified in Sanhua Decoction,including flavonoids,anthraquinones and anthrones,coumarins,lignans and alkaloids,of which 30 were identified by reference substances.CONCLUSION The method established in this paper can realize the rapid identification of the chemical components of Sanhua Decoction,and lay a foundation for the follow-up study of pharmacodynamic material basis and establishment of quality standard for this famous classical formula.
