HPLC法同时测定越鞠丸中14种成分的含量

目的 建立HPLC法同时测定越鞠丸中京尼平苷酸、川芎嗪、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、绿原酸、京尼平苷、阿魏酸、西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ、木犀草素、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯、白术内酯Ⅰ、α-香附酮、苍术素的含量.方法 分析采用Thermo AcclaimTM 120 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长260 nm.结果 14种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率86.30%~104.09%,RSD 1.45%~3.91%.结论 该方法简便、准确、稳定,可为越鞠丸质量控制提供参考.
Simultaneous content determination of fourteen constituents in Yueju Pills by HPLC
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposidic acid,ligustrazine,genipin-1-β-D-gentiobioside,chlorogenic acid,geniposide,ferulic acid,crocin Ⅰ,crocin Ⅱ,luteolin,senkyunolide A,Z-ligustilide,atractylenolide Ⅰ,α-cyperone and atractylodin in Yueju Pills.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Thermo AcclaimTM 120 C18 column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 260 nm.RESULTS Fourteen constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges ( r≥0.9998),whose average recoveries were 86.30%-104.09% with the RSDs of 1.45%-3.91%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and stable method can be used for the quality control of Yueju Pills.
