摘要

输电线舞动状态与线路运行安全性息息相关,但其受多个因素影响,对其进行估测将面临诸多随机性与不确定性。鉴于此,提出基于模糊综合评判的评估方法。首先根据舞动特征、运行环境、历史数据等形成完备的分层指标体系,其次运用模糊层次分析法和均衡函数确定各指标权重,再次以不同的模糊函数分布来计算各指标隶属度,最后选用加权平均模糊算子进行模糊综合评判。实例表明,该方法度量全面、评估准确、可操作性强,可推广应用于各电压层级的输电线路管理。

Abstract

Dancing and running safety is closely related to the state line transmission line, but it is affected by many factors, for estimating it will face a lot of randomness and uncertainty. In view of this, put forward the evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Firstly, according to the characteristics of dancing, running environment, historical data and other form a complete hierarchical index system, followed by the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and balance function to determine the weight of each index, again with different fuzzy function distribution to calculate the index membership degree, the ifnal selection of Fuzzy weighted average operator fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The example shows that the method is comprehensive and accurate, and can be applied to the management of transmission lines at different voltage levels.
