摘要
主动配电网内涵丰富、功能强大,是未来配电网的主要发展方向,对其进行设计需要秉持一体化思维和分布优化策略。文章首先对主动配电网作简要介绍,阐述其实施要点;其次详细分析主动配电网在设计时关于负荷预测、一次网架、大二次系统、预留接口等层面的个性化要求;再次提出基于“一体化”和“分步优化”考量设计思路;最后在前述工作基础上进行主动配电网设计的流程描绘、任务节点建立,使主动配电网设计的方法体系得以建立。实际应用表明,文章所建方法合理、有效,可适当推广。
Abstract
Rich, powerful active distribution networks is the main direction of future distribution networks, and to design it needs to uphold the principle of the integration of thinking and distribution strategy. Firstly, the active distribution grid was brielfy introduced, its implementation points was described. Secondly, the personalized requests of load forecasting, primary power grid, large secondary system and interface reserved of active distribution network when it is designed were analyzed. And the considerations design thought based on "integration" and "points step optimization" were proposed. At last, based on the description before, the process depicting of active distribution grid design and task node establishment were made in order to construct the system of active distribution design. The practical application shows that the method is reasonable, effective and can be appropriate promoted.
