摘要

通过在变电站的调研发现,一些一线变电运行人员对于应急响应处理的能力不足。文章基于4G的变电设备远程协助云服务平台研究及应用,综合一线变电运行人员工作信息化需求,借助移动智能终端,实现远程实时协助、设备信息查询、故障位置定位、现场操作视频远程查看、操作演示视频实时下载等,从而让一线变电运行人员能够实时获取高级专业技术人员的指导,提高了一线变电运行人员现场应急响应处理能力,对确保电网安全运行具有重要的意义。

Abstract

Through the analysis of the research in substation, some front-line substation operation staff for emergency response capacity showed serious insufifcient. Based on 4G of substation equipment remote assist in research and application of cloud services platform, a comprehensive line of substation operating personnel work information demand, with the aid of mobile intelligent terminal, remote real-time assistance, equipment, information query, fault location, site operation video remote viewing, download demo video real-time operation, etc. So that a gleam of substation operating personnel can real-time access to the guidance of senior professional and technical personnel, raised a ray of substation operating personnel on-site emergency response capacity, to ensure the safe operation of the power grid has the vital signiifcance.
