摘要
随着变电站信息化、网络化、智能化程度的不断提高,二次系统的可靠性已经成为影响智能变电站安全运行的核心问题。对智能变电站二次系统开展在线监测评估,是及早评判和预警二次系统运行状况和健康程度的重要手段。论文提出了智能变电站二次系统在线监测评估体系架构,并提出了通过核心参数及运行状态的监测评估,对智能变电站安全隐患进行趋势判断和损失性评估。围绕二次系统保护测控装置、监控系统、对时系统、交换机四大部分,从评估参数模型、评估子项模型和评估对象模型三个方面描述了完整在线监测评估模型,最后给出了在线监测的评估流程。
Abstract
As the substation becomes more and more information,network and intelligent, the reliability of the secondary system in the intelligent substation has become the core issue of the substation safe operation. On-line monitoring and evaluation of the intelligent substation secondary system online play an important role in evaluating and early-warning the operation condition and health status. The architecture of on-line monitoring and evaluation of intelligent substation secondary system was proposed. The models of on-line monitoring and evaluation were described in detail which include evaluation parameter model, child model and object model, which involves four aspects of protection measurement, monitoringand controlsystem, time synchronization system and switches. At last, the process of on-line monitoring and evaluation was also given in the paper.
