摘要

文章对光伏和风电项目度电成本进行了数学模型分析,给出了量化计算公式,并通过光伏和风电项目的实例分析直观反映了发电成本中各组成部分对度电成本的影响,对于光伏和风电发电项目在开发、建设和运营阶段控降成本都具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

An analysis for the mathematic model on the cost of per kWh of solar power and wind power and was made and the quantitative calculation formats was given. Besides, the impact of each individual component of power generation costs to the cost of per kWh was represented explicitly by giving respective examples of a solar power project and a wind power project. This thesis has some guidance value for controlling and reducing the costs of solar power and wind power in their each phase of development, construction and operation.
