摘要
停电检修会对用户的正常用电造成比较大的影响，不停电检修是一种保持供电正常的有效措施，为了保证不停电作业的安全性，需要积极引入配电自动化技术。文章以实际工程为例对配电带电作业特点进行了分析，然后介绍了配电网的优化改造方案，最后对配电自动化对配网不停电作业安全影响进行了分析。

Based on the actual project as an example of the power distribution between the characteristics were analyzed, and then the optimized retroift scheme of the distribution network was introduced. Finally, the distribution automation of distribution network power outage operation safety effect were analyzed.
