摘要

为探究赤霉素处理对鲜食葡萄果皮花色苷合成的影响,以早熟葡萄品种早黑宝和晚熟葡萄品种晚黑宝为试验材料,分别在其盛花末期用25 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)进行浸蘸处理,12d之后再用50mg/LGA3进行浸蘸处理,以清水浸蘸为对照.结果表明:赤霉素处理30d后,葡萄果实颜色指数(CIRG)显著增加;赤霉素处理30 d至果实成熟,早黑宝葡萄果皮花色苷含量显著增加;赤霉素处理后50~70d,晚黑宝葡萄总花色苷含量显著高于对照;赤霉素处理后葡萄果皮中关键花色苷合成酶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、花青素合成酶(ANS)、二氢黄酮醇还原酶(DFR)和类黄酮糖基转移酶(UFGT)的活性均发生了显著变化,葡萄转色初期关键花色苷合成基因DFR、ANS、UFGT同样发生了改变.综上,赤霉素处理可以显著促进早熟葡萄和晚熟葡萄提前转色.

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of gibberellin treatment on anthocyanin synthesis in fresh grape peel.The early maturing grape cultivar'Zaoheibao'and the late maturing grape cultivar'Wanheibao'were used as research materials.At the end of the blooming period,they were soaked with 25 mg/L gibberellin(GA,),and then were soaked with 50 mg/L GA3 after 12 days,with were soaked with water as the control.The result showed that color index of grape after 30 days treated with gibberellin,were rapidly increased.During gibberellin treatment 30 days to fruit maturity,the anthocyanin content in the peel of'Zaoheibao'grape was significantly increased.During 50 to 70 days with gibberellin treatment,the total anthocyanin content of'Wanheibao'grape was significantly higher than the control.The significant changes were observed of the key anthocyanin synthase enzymes activity,such as phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),dihydroflavonol reductase(DFR),anthocyanin synthase(ANS),and flavonoid glycosyltransferase(UFGT)in grape peel treated with gibberellin.The key anthocyanin synthesis genes DFR,ANS,and UFGTat the early stage of grape color transformation also were changed.In summary,the gibberellin treatment promoted significantly early and late ripening grape color conversion.
