摘要
近年来,因分子标记技术具有快速、高效等诸多优点而成为新型遗传学研究的工具,进而成为广大学者研究的热点,在荔枝和龙眼的亲缘关系、DNA遗传图谱构建、真假杂种鉴别、QTL定位等方面得到广泛应用.对近年来分子标记在荔枝和龙眼上的研究进行概述,并对存在问题和应用前景进行讨论,以期为分子标记在荔枝、龙眼相关领域的进一步研究提供理论及实践参考.
Abstract
In recent years,molecular marker technology has become a new tool for genetic research due to its advantages such as rapid and efficiency,and has become a hot research topic for scholars.It has been widely applied in the genetic relationship between litchi and longan,DNA genetic map construction,identification of true and false hybrids,QTL mapping,and other aspects.Summarize the research on molecular markers in litchi and longan in recent years,and discuss the existing problems and application prospects,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for further research on molecularmarkers in related fields of litchi and longan.
