不同软枣猕猴桃品种果实生物活性物质含量及抗氧化活性比较分析

以魁绿、丰绿、佳绿、婉绿、馨绿、苹绿、绿宝、翠玉、甜心宝、龙城2号10个软枣猕猴桃品种果实为试材,对其生物活性物质含量和抗氧化活性进行了测定及比较分析.结果表明,魁绿的维生素C含量(2 023.9 mg/kg)和DPPH·清除率(86.00%)显著高于其他9个软枣猕猴桃品种,丰绿的总黄酮含量(3.85 mg/g)、O2-.清除率(60.51%)和·OH清除率(83.13%)最高,佳绿的总酚含量(1.88 mg/g)、单宁含量(0.62 g/L)、FRAP值(6.78mmol/L)和还原力(1.63)高于其他9个软枣猕猴桃品种,总体来看,魁绿、丰绿和佳绿的抗氧化能力较强.相关性分析与多元线性回归分析结果表明,软枣猕猴桃果实的总酚含量与其抗氧化活性指标DPPH·清除率、O2-·清除率、·OH清除率、FRAP值和还原力均呈极显著正相关,维生素C含量与其抗氧化活性指标DPPH·清除率、·OH清除率、FRAP值和还原力均呈极显著正相关,说明维生素C和总酚在软枣猕猴桃果实抗氧化能力中发挥重要作用.
Comparative analysis of bioactive substances content and antioxidant activity of different Actinidia arguta cultivars
Fruits of ten Actinidia arguta cultivars'Kuilü','Fenglü','Jialü','Wanlü','Xinlü','Pinglü','Lubao','Cuiyu','Tianxinbao'and'Longcheng 2'were used as test materials,and their bioactive substances content and antioxidant capacity were determined and compared.The results showed that the vitamin C content(2 023.9 mg/kg)and DPPH·clearance rate(86.00%)of'Kuilü'were significantly higher than those of the other nine Actinidia arguta cultivars.The total flavonoids content(3.85 mg/g),O2·scavenging rate(60.51%)and·OH scavenging rate(83.13%)of'Fenglu'were the highest.The total phenol content(1.88 mg/g),tannin content(0.62 g/L),FRAP value(6.78 mmol/L)and total reducing power(1.63)of'Jialü'are higher than those of the other nine Actinidia arguta cultivars.Overall,'Kuilu','Fenglu'and'Jialu'had higher antioxidant capacity.The results of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis showed that the total phenolic content of Actinidia arguta fruit was positively correlated with DPPH·scavenging rate,O2·scavenging rate,·OH scavenging rate,FRAP value and total reducing power.The content of vitamin C was positively correlated with the antioxidant activity indexes of DPPH·scavenging rate,·OH scavenging rate,FRAP value and total reducing power.The results indicated that vitamin C and total phenols played an important role in the antioxidant capacity of Actinidia arguta fruit.
