摘要
2001-2022年我国鲜梨出口贸易总体保持较快增长,国际地位不断攀升,我国已成为当今世界鲜梨出口贸易大国.但近年来我国鲜梨出口贸易发展中仍存在着总体规模不足,增势较为乏力;市场数量相对有限,地区结构不合理;传统竞争优势趋弱,显示性比较优势下降;国内产品质量标准偏低,遭遇技术性贸易壁垒掣肘等问题.新时期,我国应深化国内鲜梨产业转型升级,提升经营国际化水平;制定差异化出口促进政策,优化国际市场结构;对标发达市场产品标准,提升产品品质与合作层次;完善国内外物流联动体系,发展跨境电商新模式;实现由鲜梨出口贸易大国向贸易强国升级发展.
Abstract
From 2001 to 2022,the scale of Chinese fresh pear export trade keeps developing quickly,the international status continues to rise and China has become a large fresh pear export trade country around the world.However,there still exist some problems.For example,the export scale is comparatively limited,growth is slower,the number of markets is limited,the regional structure is unreasonable,the traditional competitive advantages are weakened,the RCA of pears falls,the level of domestic product standardization is lower,and frequently trade barriers restrictions are encountered.In the new period,China should deepen the transformation and upgrading of the domestic fresh pear industry,improve the international levels,formulate differentiated export promotion policies,optimize the market pattern,follow developed market product standards,improve product quality and cooperation level,improve the domestic and foreign logistics linkage system,and develop cross-border e-commerce so as to push China in the aspect of Chinese fresh pear from a large export trade country to a trade power.
