不同厚度自发气调包装袋对绿皮黄冠梨果实冷藏期和货架期品质的影响

绿皮黄冠梨果实用不同厚度(0.03 mm和0.04 mm)PE袋进行自发气调包装,以0.01 mm PE袋不扎口作为对照,以上果实均置于(0±0.5)℃条件下贮藏,分别于冷藏40、80、120 d以及对应货架7 d时进行生理指标测定,研究其贮藏品质和采后生理变化规律,以期为延长绿皮黄冠梨果实货架期提供依据.结果表明,与对照相比,自发气调包装处理冷藏均有效地抑制了绿皮黄冠梨果实可滴定酸含量的下降,延缓了可溶性固形物含量的上升,并且尤其对果实硬度、果皮h°值以及果皮叶绿素含量的下降起到了更显著的抑制作用,对果皮L*值的上升也起到了更显著的抑制作用.综合果实外观品质和内在品质,生产中建议绿皮黄冠梨贮藏前采用0.04 mm PE袋进行自发气调包装处理,以延长贮藏时间.
Effects of different thicknesses of spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging bags on the quality of green skinned'Huangguan'pear fruit during refrigeration and shelf life
Green skinned'Huangguan'pear fruit was spontaneously packaged with PE bags of different thicknesses(0.03 mm and 0.04 mm),with 0.01 mm PE bags without tying as the control.The above fruits were stored at(0±0.5)℃,and the physiological indexes were measured when refrigerated for 40 d,80 d,and 120 d and the corresponding shelf 7 d,respectively.The storage quality and postharvest physiological changes were studied,in order to provide a basis for prolonging the shelf life of green skinned'Huangguan'pear.The results showed that compared with the control,the spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging treatment and refrigeration effectively suppressed the decrease in titratable acid content,delayed the increase in soluble solid content of green skinned'Huangguan'pear.Especially,it has a more significant inhibitory effect on the decrease in fruit hardness,peel h° value,and peel chlorophyll content.It also had a more significant inhibitory effect on the increase in the L*value of the fruit peel.Based on the overall appearance and internal quality of the fruit,it is recommended to use 0.04 mm PE bags for spontaneous modified atmosphere packaging before storage of green skinned'Huangguan'pear to extend the storage time.
