Effects of plant growth regulators on fruit development and dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in sweet cherry
We used 7-year-old'Samito'sweet cherry as the test material to study the growth and development of sweet cherry fruits and fruit stalks,as well as the changes in endogenous hormone content. The effect of GA3+6-BA treatment on the growth and development of fruits and fruit stalks and the changes in endogenous hormone content were also explored. The results showed that during the growth and development period of sweet cherry fruit, the dynamic models of single fruit weight, longitudinal diameter, and transverse diameter in the fruit weight correlation were in accordance with the logistic equation. The maximum growth rate of fruit weight appeared around 28 days after flowering, and the content of ABA,IAA,GA3,and ZR in the fruit showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, the trend of changes in endogenous hormone content in fruit stems and fruits is not synergistic. After the application of GA3+6-BA,it promoted the growth of sweet cherry fruit and stem, significantly increased the content of endogenous hormones IAA,GA3,and ZR,and significantly increased the stem(GA3+ZR+IAA)/ABA value. The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the application of plant growth regulators on sweet cherries.
