Effects of chlormequat chloride on strawberry plug cutting seedlings and after planting
In order to clarify the effects of chlormequat chloride on strawberry plug cutting seedlings and after planting, and to provide a basis for the scientific utilization of chlormequat chloride.Using 100 mg/L,200 mg/L,300 mg/L,400 mg/L,500 mg/L and 600 mg/L chlormequat chloride and water as control(CK),spray the leaves of strawberry seedlings to determine the plant characters, phenological period, fruit quality(single fruit weight, hardness, soluble solid content),and yield(early, middle and late stages)of strawberry seedlings under different treatments. With the increase of chlormequat chloride concentration, the differentiation rate of strawberry flower buds gradually decreases, the height of strawberry seedlings continuously decreases, and the root neck thickness, fresh weight above ground, and fresh weight below ground show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The root to shoot ratio is significantly higher than CK.After planting,as the concentration of chlormequat chloride increases, the phenological period of strawberries continues to delay, and the fruit quality and yield show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The results showed that spraying appropriate concentrations of chlormequat chloride during the seedling stage can promote the growth of strawberry seedlings, delay the phenological period of strawberries after planting, improve quality, and increase yield.Based on comprehensive evaluation, the treatment with 200 mg/L chlormequat chloride had the best overall effect.
