Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality of 30 fresh jujube germplasms
In order to select fresh jujube varieties with good comprehensive fruit traits.The 30 different fresh jujube germplasms were used as research objects.Eight external quality indicators and six internal quality indicators were measured.The fruit quality were comprehensively evaluated by correlation,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit quality traits among different jujube germplasm.The coefficient of variation ranges from 9.10%to 29.95%.The coefficient of variation of b*value was the highest,and the coefficient of variation of L*value was the lowest.Four principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1 were obtained through principal component analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 81.08%.Based on the results of principal component analysis,the top five in the comprehensive evaluation were Z2-5,N-2,Z-6,'Lingwuchangzao 4'and N-3,with high fruit quality.By combining correlation and cluster analysis,the quality indicators of fresh jujube fruit were simplified into 6,which were b*value,titratable acid content,single fruit quality,fruit shape index,vitamin C content and soluble solid content.The research results provide a reference for the evaluation of fresh jujube resources and variety selection work.
