Utilization and industrialization trend of green plum resource in China
This paper summarizes the current situation of planting area and output in the main planting areas of green plum in China,and analyzes the characteristics of the production areas with an annual output of more than 10 000 tons of green plum.Compared with the differences in nutrient content and industrial development direction of green plum in different regions,Sichuan green plum organic acid and vitamin content is higher suitable for deep processing;Fujian green plum potassium,calcium and selenium content is higher suitable for preserved fruit products;Guangdong green plum high flavonoid content and the lowest sugar content is suitable for processing green plum beverage;Yunnan green plum amino acid variety is more excellent raw materials for brewing.The main progress of green plum product development in recent years was discussed,and the efficacy of green plum was recognized by consumers due to the increasing number of traditional products(preserves,green plum wine,etc.)and emerging products(health care products,skin care products,etc.).The key problems in the current development of the green plum industry were pointed out,including the difficulty of picking,storage and transportation,the weak awareness of green plum health care,the inconsistency of product standards,and the low competitiveness of products.Specific measures such as the establishment of green plum cooperatives,the publicity strategy combining traditional culture and fashion trends,the product development goal of taste,fashion,green,and nutrition,the unification of standards for green plum and deep-processed products,and the establishment of green plum ecological orchards was proposed to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the green plum industry.
