云南省蓝莓基质栽培发展现状及对策
Development status and countermeasures of blueberry substrate cultivation in Yunnan Province

摘要
云南蓝莓凭借口感好、品质优、风味佳的优势一直备受消费者的青睐.云南省蓝莓采用基质栽培后,蓝莓产量、品质得到了进一步提升.截至2021年,云南省蓝莓种植面积已经突破6 667hm2,产量约4.5万t.为了准确掌握云南省蓝莓基质栽培的发展现状,云南省农业科学院高山水果创新团队调研了全省各个州(市)有代表性的种植企业、合作社、农民,通过查阅文献、实地调研等方式,分析了云南省蓝莓基质栽培发展现状、存在的主要问题,并提出了有关对策建议.
Abstract
Yunnan blueberries have been favored by consumers because of their advantages of good taste,excellent quality and good flavor.After adopting substrate cultivation in Yunnan Province,the yield and quality of blueberries have been further improved.By 2021,the planting area of blueberries in Yunnan Province has exceeded 6 667 hm2,and the yield is about 45 000 t.In order to accurately grasp the development status of blueberry substrate cultivation in Yunnan Province,the Alpine Fruit Innovation Team of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences investigated the representative planting enterprises,cooperatives and farmers in all prefectures of Yunnan Province,analyzed the development status and main problems of blueberry substrate cultivation in Yunnan Province by consulting literature and field investigation,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
