Research progress in cultivation,postharvest management and processing utilization of jaboticaba
Jaboticaba,which belongs to the Myrtaceae family,is sweet and juicy,with a unique flavor and rich in various nutrients.It has important health benefits and high economic value.In view of the significant market potential of jaboticaba,this paper summarized the botanical characteristics,cultivation techniques,preservation,efficacy,and product processing of jaboticaba.The aim is to provide reference for the research and development of jaboticaba in China.
