摘要

褪黑素是一类吲哚类激素,广泛存在于动植物体内,对植物生长发育和抗逆性有强的调控作用.综述了果树中褪黑素的积累合成、褪黑素对果树生长发育的生理功能和褪黑素在果树胁迫响应中的调控作用,并对其在果树中的合成代谢及调控机制的应用前景等方面进行了展望,以期为利用褪黑素提升果树生产潜力、提高果品质量提供参考依据.

Abstract

Melatonin is a kind of indole hormone,which is widely present in animals and plants.Melatonin not only has nutritional and health care value,but also has a strong regulatory effect on plant growth and development and stress resistance.In this paper,the accumulation and synthesis of melatonin in fruit trees,the physiological function of melatonin on the growth and development of fruit trees and the regulatory role of melatonin in the stress response of fruit trees were reviewed.The development and utilization of its nutritional and health care value,and its application prospects in the synthesis and metabolism and regulatory mechanism of fruit trees were prospected,in order to provide reference for using melatonin to improve the production potential of fruit trees and improve the quality of fruit trees.
