Cost-effectiveness analysis and improvement path of grape planting in Hebei Province
Hebei Province is a large province of grape planting,planting area,production ranked third and second in China.Cost-effectiveness is the fundamental factor affecting the decision of grape planting,and it is also an important embodiment of the high-quality development of characteristic agriculture.Based on the grape survey data collected from 2018 to 2021 in Huailai County,Changli County,Wei County,Lincheng County and Lulong County of Hebei Province,the evaluation indicators of regional grape cost and benefit were set up,and quantitative empirical comparative research and dynamic comparative analysis were conducted.The results showed that there are some problems in grape growing in Hebei Province,such as high labor cost,standardization of fruit quality,low degree of circulation organization,serious natural and market risks,and restriction of planting scale by policies.To deal with the existing problems by improving the level of mechanization,promoting standardized production,cultivating and expanding professional cooperatives,improving the ability of agricultural insurance and interplanting,etc.,has important guiding significance for improving the competitiveness of grape industry and correctly handling the relationship between characteristic and advantageous industries and food security.
