外源褪黑素对采后果实品质影响的研究进展

褪黑素(N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine,MT)是一种生命必需的小分子吲哚胺类化合物,广泛存在于动植物体内,对于动植物的生长发育起着极其重要的作用.对外源褪黑素对果实品质的影响进行了综述,以期对果实采后保鲜、提升果实品质、提高果实抗逆性等提供参考,获得更高的经济效益.随着研究人员对于植物褪黑素研究的逐渐深入,植物褪黑素的合成途径以及对于植物的作用越发明确,从外源褪黑素对于采后果实产生的影响进行了综述,从外观品质、内在品质、采后衰老、抗逆性等方面阐述了外源褪黑素的调控机制.发现褪黑素,主要通过影响果实的外观品质、内在品质、延缓衰老、提高抗逆性等对果实产生影响.褪黑素对于提高果实品质、果实采后保鲜、延长货架期等有着极其重要的作用.
Research progress on the effect of exogenous melatonin on postharvest fruit quality
Melatonin(N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine,MT)is a kind of life must small molecule amine compounds,it is widely found in animals and plants,for the growth and development of animals and plants plays an extremely important role,the influence of the fruit quality is reviewed,in order to fruit preservation,improve fruit quality,fruit resistance,provide reference,obtain higher economic benefits.As the researchers for plant melatonin research gradually deepening,plant melatonin synthesis pathway and the role of plant more clear,from the exogenous melatonin for the influence of the fruit is reviewed,from the appearance quality,intrinsic quality,postharvest aging,stress resistance expounds the regulation mechanism of exogenous melatonin.It was found that melatonin mainly affected the fruit by affecting its appearance and quality,internal quality,delaying aging,and improving stress resistance.Melatonin plays an extremely important role in improving the fruit quality,keeping the fruit fresh after harvest,and extending the shelf life.
