Difference analysis of mineral element content in Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.fruit
The contents of 12 mineral elements in peel and pulp of 36 Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.from Heilongjiang Province were determined by ICP-MS method.The results showed that the average content of mineral elements in Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.fruit was in the order of K>P>Ca>Mg>Na>Al>Fe>Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb>Cd.The contents of elements in skin and flesh of different fruits were significantly different.The content of mineral elements in fruits from wild resources is higher than that of selected varieties,farmer-owned varieties and superior strains.Correlation analysis showed that there was a highly significant positive correlation between the five elements(P,K,Fe,Cu and Zn)in peel and pulp.The results of cluster analysis showed that 36 Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.could be divided into two slightly different categories according to the content of peel or pulp.Principal component analysis showed that S23,S20,S16 and S10 were cultivars with high total content of mineral elements,which could be preferentially used as germplasm materials for functional varieties breeding in the future,providing more in-depth and valuable basis for genetic improvement of mineral elements of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim..
