Study on cold resistance of four grape cultivars in Inner Mongolia
In this study, the cold resistance of branches and roots of four grape varieties mainly cultivated in Inner Mongolia was analyzed, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for cold resistance breeding and promotion of grape varieties. In this experiment,'Beimei','Shuangqing','Midknight Beauty'and'Frontenac'were used as test materials to simulate the natural freezing cooling process, and the simulated temperature of shoots was set at-5 ℃,-15 ℃,-20 ℃i,-25 ℃,-30 ℃,-35 ℃,-40 ℃.The simulated temperature of the root system was set at 0 ℃,-3 ℃,-6 ℃,-9 ℃,-12 ℃,-15 ℃ and-18 ℃,and the content of malondialdehyde, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline were determined, respectively. The results showed that with the gradual decrease of temperature, the osmotic regulators of four grape varieties showed significant differences.Among them, the soluble protein content of roots showed an upward trend, the soluble protein content of shoots increased first and then decreased, the malondialdehyde content and proline content of branches and roots showed an upward trend, and the soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased.According to the membership function analysis, the cold resistance of four grape varieties was as follows:'Shuangqing'>'Beimei'>'Frontenac'>'Midknight Beauty'.
