Evaluation and analysis of 13 single plants of walnut in Jiacha County,Xizang
13 single walnut plants in Jiacha County,Xizang Autonomous Region were selected to sensory quality,phenotypic characteristics and nutritional components.Principal component analysis was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the single walnut plants in Jiacha County.The results showed that most of Jiacha County walnuts were thick-shell and round,and their kernel rate ranged from 36.32%to 54.46%.Tannin content and soluble sugar content were 1.03%to 3.30%and 2.06%to 3.43%,which had certain differences between them.Protein content and crude fat content ranged from 117.99 g/kg to 173.23 g/kg and 66.01%to 73.07%.The crude fat content is generally high,indicating that 13 single plants of walnut are good raw material for oil extraction.By principal component analysis of the 10 traits,the 4 main components extracted could represent 80.301%of the 13 individual traits.The top 3 single plants with the comprehensive score of principal components were'No.11','No.18'and'No.7',indicating that the 3 single plants had excellent nut traits.Based on the comprehensive score and ranking of principal component analysis,3 single strains'No.1 1','No.18'and'No.7'were selected as excellent strains.
