近10年柑橘芽变选种新进展

摘要
柑橘是世界第一大水果,随着人们需求多元化,培育新的优质柑橘品种成为育种工作者的一大挑战.芽变选种作为一种常规育种方法,通过芽变可以对具有优良性状的品种进行针对性改良.通过介绍我国育种工作者选育的柑橘芽变新品种,结合近10年芽变选种在柑橘中的发展概况,讨论果树芽变形成机理及其鉴定方法的优缺点,最终结合芽变选种对我国柑橘产业的推动作用,对柑橘芽变研究提出展望.
Abstract
Citrus is the world's largest fruit,and with the diversification of people's needs,cultivating new high-quality citrus varieties has become a major challenge for breeders.As a conventional breeding method,bud mutation can be used to improve varieties with excellent traits.This paper introduces the new varieties of citrus bud mutation selected by Chinese breeders,and combines the development overview of bud mutation selection in citrus in the last decade,aiming to discuss the mechanism of fruit tree bud mutation formation and the advantages and disadvantages of its identification methods.Finally,by combining the promotion effect of bud mutation selection on China's citrus industry,it proposes prospects for future research on citrus bud mutation.
