Field control effects of Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus licheniformis on pear rust
To determine the field control effects of Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus licheniformis on pear rust.In this experiment,1 × 109 cfu/g T.harzianum WP,2 × 108 cfu/g B.licheniformis WP,35%prochloraz·ethylicin SL,20%difenoconazole EW and 25%pyraclostrobin SC were selected to carry out field efficacy tests. The results showed that the 300-fold solution of 1 × 109 cfu/g T.harzianum WP and the 600-fold solution of 2 × 108 cfu/g B.licheniformis WP had significant inhibitory effects on the size of the spot and the formation of the rust sporophyte of the pear rust. After 30 days of application of T.harzianum and B.licheniformis, the spot diameter of pear rust decreased by 41.2%and 30.9%,respectively,compared to the control. The number of lesions formed aecium decreased by 50.0%and 44.9%,respectively,compared to the control. In 2022 and 2023,the control effects of T.harzianum on pear rust were 46.7%and 73.3%after 15 days of treatment, and 59.3%and 71.9%after 30 days of treatment, respectively. The control effects of B.licheniformis on pear rust were 54.7%and 60.1%after 15 days of treatment, and 61.7%and 62.4%after 30 days of treatment, respectively. The results showed that T.harzianum and B.licheniformis had good control effects on pear rust.To fully exert its efficacy,it is recommended to use them before or in the early stages of the disease.
