摘要

阐述了我国目前加工型、鲜食型番木瓜品种的收集及选育应用情况,种子及种质圃、超低温、组织培养等番木瓜种质保存技术研究进展,传统杂交选育、引种驯化、诱变育种、细胞工程育种、基因工程育种、分子标记辅助育种等番木瓜育种技术研究进展.提出了超干贮存可作为番木瓜种子保存技术的一个研究方向,传统杂交育种可与多倍体育种及太空育种、分子模块设计育种等育种新技术相结合.

Abstract

The collection,breeding and application of processing and fresh Carica papaya varieties in China,the research progress of Carica papaya germplasm preservation technology such as seed and germplasm nursery,ultra-low temperature and tissue culture,and the research progress of Carica papaya breeding technology such as traditional hybridization breeding,introduction and domestication,mutagenesis,breeding,cell engineering breeding,genetic engineering breeding and molecular marker-assisted breeding were described.It is proposed that ultra-dry storage can be used as a research direction of Carica papaya seed preservation technology,and the breeding direction of combining traditional hybrid breeding with polyploid breeding,space breeding,molecular module design breeding and other new breeding technologies.
